Maximal Strength

We improve our athletes ability to lift 1 rep maxes in the squat, bench, and deadlift. Doing this allows our athletes to use the most amount of motor units possible to produce force. The bigger base of strength, the bigger the potential is for explosive movements. It is not unlikely that our athletes put 100lbs on their squat in less than a year.

Explosive Power

This is where we sharpen our rate of force production. Through strength training, some of our athletes improved their vertical jumps over a whole foot within a year. On average our athletes also decrease their 40 yard dash times by .1 seconds each month on a laser timing system. As our strength improves, our explosive power improves right along with it.
