WHY Youth Group Training?

Youth group training leads to lasting community relationships which will keep you accountable. Each day you’ll do a challenging workout that combines the most effective fitness methods. Your classmates will keep you accountable and make working out fun.

Strength

Our athletes develop maximal strength while simultaneously developing inter and intramuscular coordination. We need to develop maximal strength because it allows us to display our strength in sport via jumping, sprinting and being more resilient.

Teamwork/leadership

The age of athletes in the gym varies, giving everyone the opportunity to be a teacher or student. We believe that if you learn to teach, that is the ultimate way we know that you understand how to train. The goal is autonomy with our athletes.

Confidence

With strength comes confidence both in sport and in life. Being able to say they earned something helps our athletes believe in themselves. As coaches, we see potential, but what we see means nothing until the athlete sees it in themselves.

Health is wealth

Performance aside, our athletes make the decision to make training a part of their lifestyle. Whether or not they decide to play sports at the next level- fitness has become a part of them and they can carry that throughout life.
